One specialty, six ways to engage it

Everything we offer is a form of commercial renovation — the difference is what you bring to the table: finished drawings, a rough idea, or a project that needs someone accountable running it.

Common questions

Before you pick a service

Do you take on residential work?

No. AddBrick works exclusively on commercial space — offices, clinics, retail, restaurants and other business premises across the GTA. That focus is deliberate: commercial renovation has its own codes, approvals, scheduling constraints and finish standards, and we stay specialized in them.

Do you do ground-up construction?

Our work is renovation-focused: transforming, improving and expanding existing commercial buildings. Building additions are the closest we come to new construction — expanding what you already own rather than starting from a vacant lot.

What size of project do you take on?

Typically from single-suite improvements around $75K up to multi-phase renovations in the low millions. If a project is not a fit, we say so at the first conversation and, where we can, point you to someone suitable.

Which service do I actually need?

If you have drawings, you need general contracting — renovations, tenant improvements or a fit-out depending on the space. If you have only an idea and a budget, start with design-build. If you have a contractor or a complex program and need it run properly, that is project management. The contact form asks two questions that sort this out.

Let’s plan your renovation.

Tell us about the space, the constraints and the date that matters. You’ll get a straight answer on feasibility, budget range and schedule — usually within two business days.
