AddBrick exists because commercial clients kept telling the same story: contractors who went quiet, budgets that drifted, finishes that embarrassed the space. We built the company that does the opposite.

Why we exist
AddBrick was built to deliver commercial construction with the level of organization, communication and finish quality that professional clients expect. That sentence is our founding mandate, and it explains everything else about how we operate.
We chose a narrow lane on purpose: renovating existing commercial space in the Greater Toronto Area. No custom homes. No ground-up towers. The narrowness is the advantage — every phasing plan, containment protocol and landlord relationship we have was developed for exactly the project you are about to start.
Our clients are business owners, property owners, practice owners and the architects who work alongside them. What they have in common is a building that has to keep earning while it changes — and low tolerance for surprises.
